  • Guest：Very poor hotel. The elevator only works until 7pm. I've never heard of that in my life. And after 10pm you have to use the back door, not the front door. The walls are very thin, you can hear noise from the other rooms. good points: hot water works conclusion: don't experiment with this hotel if other options are available

  • Guest：Loin d’être un h?tel 4 etoiles Non seulement sur votre site lors de la réservation il était indiqué “petit déjeuner inclus” et lorsque je suis arrivée à l’h?tel ce n’était plus précisé. Sur aucun de mes documents je ne retrouvais la précision et je n’avais pas fait de capture d’écran justifiant cette précision lors de la réservation. Le réceptionniste a demandé que je paye les petits déjeuners une nouvelle fois! ! Une arnaque ? Aussi l’h?tel est propre mais la chambre était vétuste, les matelas usés, la moquette tachée ! La réceptionniste le lendemain était sur son téléphone et n’a même pas levé la tête, leur tenue vestimentaire était inapproprié à un h?tel se disant 4 étoiles…
